October's exhibition, titled Frilling, will feature the work of sisters Katie & Maria Creyts. Katie Creyts recently received her MFA from Illinois State University, and currently teaches in the art department at Whitworth University. Her sister Maria Creyts received her MFA from the prestigious Yale University School of Art, and is currently faculty at the Kansas City Art Institute. The joint exhibition will be held in Saranac Art Projects' main gallery space. In the adjacent room, the members of the gallery have organized a silent auction, with proceeds going toward the operational costs of our non-profit, artist run venue.
The exhibition runs from October 2nd through the 31st, with an opening reception on the 4th.
