September's exhibit features new work from Megan Murphy and Wes Mills , both represented by PDX Contemporary Art in Portland, OR. Megan Murphy, the founder of Saranac Art Projects, uses historical events and locations to construct an understanding of how our contemporary selves and culture are informed by the subjectivity of recorded history. Wes Mills, famous for his minimalist drawings, is represented in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museum of Modern Art, both in New York, and also in many other notable institutions.
The exhibition opens September 4th, and runs through the 26th.
